- Who is this for?
- Individuals, couples, partnerships, and polyamorous families practicing polyamory or ethical non-monogamy who want considered, discreet introductions rather than open-ended browsing.
- What happens to my application?
- It is stored privately and read only by PolyMatch Agency staff. It is never listed, sold, or made publicly searchable, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
- Does it cost anything to apply?
- Applying to the private match database is free. Private client services carry a fee, discussed with you privately once we understand your search.
- How long does review take?
- Most applications are reviewed within one to two weeks. You can check the stage of your application at any time from your private applicant portal.
- Will I definitely be matched?
- No. Acceptance into the database is not a guarantee of an introduction. We only make an introduction when there is genuine match potential on both sides.
- Can I pause or withdraw?
- Yes. Write to us and we will pause your file or withdraw it entirely, and remove your information on request.
- How is my privacy protected?
- Access is limited to agency staff, your file is never shown to another applicant without your agreement, and identifying details are shared only at the point you have both agreed to an introduction.
