How PolyMatch Agency works
We are a private matchmaking firm, not a dating app. Every stage below is handled by people, in confidence, and at a deliberate pace.

Confidential application
You tell us who you are, how your relationships are structured, and what you are looking for. Everything saves as you go, so you can step away and return with the link we send you.
Nothing you write is public. Only PolyMatch Agency staff can read it.

Private assessment
Our assessment engine assembles a sequence of questions drawn across autonomy, communication, boundaries, emotional regulation, relationship design, readiness, and ethics.
No two applicants receive the same order, and certain answers open a short written follow-up.

Human review
A matchmaker reads your file in full. An assistant summary helps them prepare, but qualification is always a human decision made by a person, never by a score.
Typical review takes one to two weeks.

Curated pairing
When a private client's search and a qualified candidate's file suggest genuine match potential, the pairing is proposed internally and discussed before anyone is contacted.
There is no browsing, no swiping, and no member-to-member search.

Approved introduction
If both sides are open to it, we make a deliberate introduction and stay available through the early conversations.
Being in the database does not guarantee an introduction. We would rather make none than make a careless one.
