Privacy Policy
Draft — pending legal review
Who we are
PolyMatch Agency is a private matchmaking firm serving adults practicing or intentionally pursuing polyamory and ethical non-monogamy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect
Identity and contact details you provide (name, email, birthdate, country, and optionally phone), your assessment responses, any documents or photographs you choose to share, records of the consents you give, and technical information needed to keep accounts secure.
Why we collect it
To verify eligibility, to assess compatibility and readiness, to maintain a private candidate database, and to make considered introductions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your application to enroll you in marketing.
Confidentiality
Applicant and candidate records are private. They are never published, never publicly searchable, and never shown to other applicants or candidates. Information is shared with a private client only when PolyMatch Agency deliberately proposes an introduction, and only to the extent relevant to that introduction.
Consent and marketing
Consent to be assessed is recorded separately from consent to receive marketing. You may withdraw either at any time by contacting us; withdrawing marketing consent does not affect your application.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your record and withdraw from consideration. We will act on verified requests promptly, subject to any legal retention obligations.
Security
Access to applicant data is restricted to authorized PolyMatch Agency personnel. Sign-in uses single-use secure links rather than stored passwords, and administrative access is logged.
Contact
Questions about this policy, or requests concerning your information, can be sent to PolyMatch Agency at the contact address provided in your application correspondence.
This document is a starting draft prepared for PolyMatch Agency and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
